K2 was approached by Bericote Properties with a unique challenge of designing a new headquarters that stands out from the rest. The building was a four-story mews located just off Tottenham Court Road in London, covering an area of 8,000 square feet. The project was complex, requiring the creation of a new mansard roof, a roof terrace, a new lift, new mechanical and ventilation systems, and a major strip out.
Creating an Elegant Office Space
K2’s design team took on this passion project and delivered a stunning result that combined an eclectic mix of materials, finishes, and styles. The new staircases, bespoke copper finishes, new lighting, and the use of leather, metal, fabrics, and timber created a mix of office, mews house, gentlemen’s club, and boutique hotel. Each floor has a different feel, but they seamlessly combine to deliver the required style and spaces.
