Bordier UK, an asset management firm, wanted to create a more open and welcoming workplace for over 40 staff, clients, IFAs, and stakeholders. K2 Space was appointed to design and build a stylish, functional, and client-facing office that reflects Bordier’s commitment to excellence.

A Restrained and Elegant Office Design
K2 Space worked closely with Bordier UK throughout the design and build process to ensure that the finished product met their exact requirements. The 5,000 sq ft office is located on King St. in St James’s, London, with an impressive entrance featuring full-height timber panels and polished tile flooring. The office design is restrained and elegant, with walnut doors and matching worksurfaces. The client-facing areas are finished to a high standard, promoting a lasting impression on visitors. The open plan space includes a breakout space complete with picnic tables and a variety of meeting rooms, encouraging collaboration and communication among the staff.
