Cube Real Estate

We worked with Cube Real Estate and the design team at O-Negative to create an amazing new space at 2 Guildford Business Park.

The building and its interior are designed to impress with the objective of enticing prospective corporate tenants to take space and make Guildford their home. Split over four floors, our team worked with the project team to fit out the marketing suite and also select furniture that complimented the modern, contemporary look and feel of the space.

The stunning reception area sets the tone with an impressive bespoke cooper reception desk complete with hanging greenery and a range of comfortable guest seating options including iconic Knoll chairs and stylish Muto couches.

Moving to the 1st floor, there is an informal meeting space situated on the landing which furnished with vibrant, colourful seating, and is designed to optimise space usage and to provide staff with alternate spaces where that they can choose to work from.

In addition, there is also an attractive outdoor terrace on the top floor with panoramic views over the local landscape. This outdoor space opens into the workspace via bi folding doors, giving staff the opportunity to work or host meeting outdoors when the weather permits.

This wonderful new space certainly leaves a lasting impression on all visitors due to its high spec finish and the attention to detail evident throughout, and is a project that the K2 Space team are immensely proud of.
