A Stunning New Workspace for ESCA

The collaboration between K2 Space and Orbit Architects has resulted in a stunning 20,000 sq. ft workspace for ESCA at Rotherwick House. The Grade II listed Georgian building’s character has been retained, and the client brief has been reflected in the design.

Features of the Workspace

The workspace spans across three levels and has beautiful arched windows, exposed brickwork, and a mezzanine area with ample natural light. The open plan working areas and colorful breakout spaces provide an environment for teams to collaborate and conduct informal meetings. The workspace is furnished with dedicated seating areas, soft seating options, tall stools, and long tables with Frovi seating available for staff to use.
