K2 Space partnered with Point72 Asset Management to design a sophisticated and highly functional workspace in the heart of Mayfair, London. Our goal was to craft an environment that seamlessly blends style with utility, reflecting the brand’s high standards and commitment to excellence.
Balancing Privacy and Connectivity in the Meeting Rooms
Each room was equipped with state-of-the-art technology to facilitate seamless communication, making them ideal for client meetings, team discussions, and strategic planning. The modern, glass-walled meeting rooms offer a balance of openness and privacy. With clear lines of sight and frosted accents for added discretion, these rooms are designed to support collaborative sessions without compromising on confidentiality. This design approach reflects Point 72’s emphasis on transparency and connectivity, which are essential for fostering teamwork and trust.
Teapoint and Dining Area: A Nexus of Interaction
The tea-point area was thoughtfully designed as a nexus of interaction where functionality meets aesthetics. Black cabinetry contrasts with light wood elements, while the white marble countertops providing an elegant touch. This carefully curated colour palette, combined with high-end fixtures and appliances, makes the tea point a stylish and functional space where staff can enjoy casual conversations or quick breaks in a comfortable setting that encourages a relaxed yet productive environment.

Given the client’s tight deadline, K2 Space’s experience and proven track record working with US companies in the UK was instrumental in delivering the project on time and snag-free. The end result was a truly stunning new office that exceeded the client’s expectations.
