K2 Space recently completed a project with Riverstone, an energy and power focused asset management firm, to refurbish their London offices at 2 St. James Sq. The client desired to make wholesale improvements throughout the workspace to create a striking first impression for visitors and a comfortable work environment for staff.

Striking Reception Space with Natural Materials
To create a striking first impression for clients and visitors, K2 Space created a reception space that utilised natural materials and textures, including wood and concrete. Iconic Knoll Pilot chairs furnished the space, adding to the modern and sophisticated feel.
Beautifully Refurbished Boardroom
The 12-person boardroom was fully refurbished, featuring a beautiful slatted feature ceiling positioned above a stunning reclaimed oak boardroom table, custom artwork reflective of the Riverstone brand, and a writable back painted glass wall.

Mix of Open-Plan Areas and Private Offices
The workspace is a mix of open-plan areas accommodating up to 12 staff, a row of private offices housing senior stakeholders, and a selection of different-sized meeting rooms to facilitate both formal and informal discussions. Assorted graphics and artwork also lift the space and further embrace key Riverstone brand imagery.
Project Delivery
Working alongside the internal Riverstone team, the K2 Space team delivered the project over an 8-week program and were delighted to hand over the space on time to a very happy client.
