Rolls Royce’s aero engine leasing division approached K2 Space to design their new London HQ. The brief was to create a space that reflected the world-leading technology and highest quality that is synonymous with the Rolls Royce brand. The aim was to create an elegant and refined space that would be both functional and visually striking.
High-Quality Materials and Modern Design
K2 Space worked closely with Rolls Royce to create a design that utilized high-quality materials such as black glass, white marble, and timber floors to give a sense of quality engineering. The use of Crittall glazing throughout the space provided a modern aesthetic that allowed natural light to flood the space, while also creating defined work areas.
Impressive Reception and Breakout Areas
We wanted to allow natural light to flood the space, while also creating defined work areas. The reception area was designed to impress, with full-height graphics creating an imposing and memorable entrance. The kitchen/breakout area featured high benching for informal meetings, which allowed staff to come together in a more relaxed setting. The design delivered by K2 Space was of the highest quality, in keeping with the Rolls Royce brand. The elegant and refined space is a testament to K2 Space’s expertise in office design, and the partnership formed between the two companies will lead to future office projects.
