One of the challenges of the project was working within the constraints of the building, which was a listed property. K2 Space worked closely with the building management team to ensure that all aspects of the fit out were compliant with the building regulations.

In 2016, K2 Space completed a fit out project for Vanda Pharmaceuticals, creating a new European headquarters in Tower 42, Central London. The project was a challenging one, as the client had a very clear vision for the design of the space.

The design incorporated a range of high-quality materials, including wood, stone, and glass, to create a sleek and modern look. The colour scheme was primarily neutral, with accents of cool blues and greys to add interest and depth.
