Large-Scale Furniture Fit Out for Willis Tower

K2 worked alongside Willis, a global insurance giant, to furnish their new London headquarters in Willis Tower. The project involved providing all furniture for the 320,000 sq. ft space, including over 2,000 workstations, hundreds of meeting room tables, and dining tables for their restaurant. In addition, K2 also helped to furnish impressive facilities such as a 375-seat auditorium, a large wellness centre, and a dedicated 300-seat Associate restaurant.

Impressive Facilities for Willis HQ

The project was not without its challenges, as coordinating deliveries and installation was a complex process that required careful management. K2 was able to rise to the occasion, thanks to their expertise in project management and use our out of town warehouse and logistics centre.

Project Completion

The Willis Tower, where the headquarters is located, was the fourth tallest building in the world when it opened in 2009. Its impressive height and modern design made it an ideal location for a global insurance giant like Willis. The completion of the project marked a significant milestone for both K2 and Willis, as it demonstrated their ability to deliver large-scale, complex projects that met the highest standards of quality and functionality.
