We worked with prestigious US-based investment firm to deliver a high-end office transformation within their 12,000 sq. ft. Mayfair workspace. This project centred on creating an elegant, functional environment that reflected the firm’s global presence in commercial real estate and capital markets while underscoring their commitment to quality and exclusivity.
Our FF&E and furniture consultancy experts collaborated closely with the client’s team, providing tailored support that included sampling, furniture tours, and sourcing luxurious finishes. To enhance the workspace’s refined aesthetic, we commissioned a custom-made marble boardroom table as the office’s focal point, exemplifying the firm’s attention to detail and high standards.
Netflix | Furniture Consultancy, FF&E | 60,000 sq. ft.
K2 Space partnered with a major US streaming platform to deliver dynamic and culturally relevant workspaces across their offices in Madrid, Paris, and London, totalling 60,000 sq. ft. The project’s goal was to create visually appealing environments that aligned with the client’s agile work practices and supported the needs of their forward-thinking workforce.
Working in close collaboration with both the client’s US and local teams, our furniture consultancy and FF&E experts designed a variety of work settings tailored to foster creativity and productivity. These included privacy pods, teaming benches, collaboration zones, relax and refresh areas, sit/stand desks, and cinema-style viewing spaces. The inclusion of editor suites and soundproof booths allowed for both focused and communal work, blending seamlessly into the open-plan layout.
Squire Patton Boggs | Furniture Consultancy, FF&E | 45,000 sq. ft.
Our office furniture consultancy and FF&E project for the international law firm Squire Patton Boggs took place at their new 45,000 sq. ft. Manchester office in No 1 Spinningfields.
The multi-floor space was meticulously furnished to support team collaboration through thoughtfully designed meeting areas, brainstorming rooms, and breakout spaces. High-quality furniture from 17 renowned manufacturers, including Knoll, Vitra, and Arper, was selected to create a functional yet inspiring workspace. Through careful selection, procurement, and furniture installation, we ensured the new office embodies the firm’s prestigious brand. The result is a sophisticated, flexible, and future-ready environment that positions Squire Patton Boggs for long-term success in Manchester.
