A Functional and Sustainable Workspace Transformation
Oil Spill Response (OSRL), a global leader in environmental emergency response, were looking to transform its office into a high-performance hybrid workspace that enhances collaboration and efficiency. Designed to support their critical operations, the fit-out blends practicality with a sleek, modern aesthetic, ensuring a workspace that meets operational and employee needs.
Our team collaborated closely with the team at OSRL to create a space that embraced sustainability, while carefully selecting locally sourced materials to reduce environmental impact. The design integrates premium furniture solutions, including ergonomic workstations, flexible breakout zones, and collaborative meeting spaces, all curated to foster productivity and adaptability. Featuring high-quality seating and architectural partitioning, the space balances openness with functionality.
Delivered within a streamlined 8-week schedule, the project was executed through clear and continuous communication with the client. A standout element is the inviting communal area, which in line with hybrid working best practice, was designed to bring teams together, encourage informal interactions, and enhance workplace culture—creating a space where innovation and teamwork thrive.

Dynamic Workspaces & Collaborative Zones
Oil Spill Response (OSRL) recognised the need to support a flexible, hybrid work model that fosters teamwork, creativity, and focus. Their new office layout prioritises versatile collaboration zones—ranging from open plan sit‑stand desks and communal dining tables to cozy lounges and private focus pods—while ensuring seamless transitions between remote and in‑office work.
By integrating adaptable meeting rooms, soundproof phone booths, and inviting breakout areas, OSRL’s workspace empowers employees to choose the environment that best suits each task and encourages spontaneous idea sharing.
