We’re honoured to be nominated as Mix Awards 2025 Finalists for our design & build work on a 2,450 sq ft project shortlisted in the Project of the Year – Workplace (Sub-5,000 sq ft) category.
This adaptive reuse project celebrates heritage architecture while embracing sustainable design—retaining original architraves, period panelling, and warm herringbone flooring alongside bespoke joinery, black‑stained doorways, and energy-efficient LED lighting. The result is a light-filled workspace complete with a discreet “vault” meeting room and a tailored executive suite that seamlessly blends character with contemporary functionality.
